What chemical readings can I track?

pH, free chlorine, total alkalinity, cyanuric acid (CYA), and calcium hardness. Each reading is validated against ideal ranges and flagged when out-of-spec on the customer's service report.

Do customers get a report after each visit?

Yes. When a visit is completed, Suntwist generates a branded service report from the readings and technician notes. Review it, then mark it Sent to deliver to the customer.

Can I take payments through Suntwist?

Yes. Each customer's pool type (chlorine, salt, other) and pool size in gallons is tracked separately, and chemical guidance adjusts to the pool type.
